This Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes in Burgundy, and it has a very special secret ingredient – it is blended with an oak-aged Chablis dosage to create a rich and refreshing Cuveé. Notes of apricot, honeysuckle and brioche are perfectly balanced in this stunning addition to the Belaire range, which can be sipped chilled or over ice, with fresh fruit as the perfect pairing.
